Self care may look very different from one person to the next and in our book, there is only one rule.
You take a moment however large or little to focus on yourself.
Be it enjoying a quiet cup of tea, rolling out your yoga mat, listening to your favourite music, cooking something delicious or spending time with friends and family.

Our brains are amazing and even years after an event specific smells and fragrances have the wonderful ability to evoke feelings and emotions within all of us.
